HS Vocational Programs

The high school vocational program (OEHS & OHS) would like to recognize the following businesses for their belief in our CVE and STEP program students, and our program's mission.  Their support and encouragement is critical to our students' success.
Some businesses host students to complete non-paid on the job training in order to build employability skills, while others have hired students and work with myself and Mrs. Augustine at OHS to ensure our students are successful.  When you are out and about doing your holiday shopping, please consider supporting one or more of these businesses that support our students and vocational program. We couldn't do it without them.

GoodReads Choice Award for Best Young Adult Fiction goes to...
Winner of this year’s award for Young Adult Fiction, Firekeeper’s Daughter introduces a compelling new heroine to the YA scene. As a biracial and unenrolled tribal member, 18-year-old Daunis Fontaine feels like an outsider both on and off the local Ojibwe reservation. But she soon finds a higher purpose when she witnesses a terrible murder—and decides to go undercover with her own investigation.
