Eligibility:

Students 17 and older can sign up with no permission slip required.
16-year-olds must have a signed permission slip, available from Sweeney, Scapino, or Ochoa.

Fine Arts

East Side Band Day, Thursday, October 30th

Students in Wind Symphony will be participating in the East Side Band Day on Thursday, October 30th. They will miss the entire day and will need to be excused from periods 1-8. They are responsible for any missed work. We are communicating to students that if they have an important test or presentation, that it is okay for them to attend their class.

Concert Band Rehearsal, Wednesday, November 5th

Concert Band students will be doing a combined rehearsal during 1st period on Wednesday, November 5th. This is only due to the closure of the PAC, as we do not have our normal rehearsal time for our concerts that evening. Students in Concert Band Silver will miss 1st period that day. They know that they are responsible for any missed work.

Social Studies Department

"The OE Social Studies department is holding our second annual fundraiser for Disabled American Veterans in honor of Veterans Day. For every $250 we raise our school will receive 24 flags to display in our field flags the week of Veterans Day.
