The Library side of the LRC will open to students starting Monday, August 28th.
What is available in the LRC:
- Large group table space for teachers to bring classes in (email nfairless@sd308.org for reservations)
- Printing
- Small group work
- Textbooks
- Reader advisory/book checkout
- Class visits for SSR books
- Quiet reading
- Research
Here are the LRC procedures for students when visiting the library:
- Students are welcome to visit the library before school, during passing period, or during lunch WITHOUT a pass
- Students are welcome to visit the library during a class, Guided Study, Freshman Seminar, or Academic Study Period WITH a pink library pass
- Pink or orange LRC passes must be written by a subject area teacher and NOT a GS, FS, or ASP teacher
- Students must arrive on time or will be asked to return to class or lunch
- Students will sign in for attendance
English Teachers:
Please pick up all class sets of Springboard books from the LRC by Thursday, August 24th.
